Not your typical intimidating gym. We are family friendly and very welcoming. Its a bonus that we are the biggest and most fully equipped gym in the area too. We cater for all shapes and sizes and welcome new starters. We offer FREE inductions and FREE training programs. Whatever your goals please come and see us so we can help you get started. Our members range from complete beginners to elite athletes. We have people who struggle gaining weight and we have members that are over 30 stone in weight. No one judges and everyone is supportive.

At Xtreme Fitness we know everyone is at different stages of their journey. All our members are lovely and supportive of new starters as we have all been in that same position. We know how much courage it takes to just walk through them doors. No one judges as we are all on our own journey.
We have regular instructor led spin classes through the week as well as virtual classes in our private spin area. We also know we need to keep members motivated, focused, and chasing their goals.
We have monthly challenges and competitions that are inclusive to all fitness levels.
Our personal trainers are all experienced not only in different training methods but are also friendly and supportive. They will make the sessions suitable to your age, level, and ability.
You can book blocks of sessions or just do one or two sessions to build up your confidence.
