This is a calorie controlled diet so you could basically eat or drink anything in a calorie deficit and lose weight. We try to get you to eat 80% good foods ad 20% of treats. Treats can be anything, chocolate, sweets or alcohol.

80% of the people we help have never done any kind of exercise before and always start the plan scared and nervous but once they get started they all say they wish they started sooner.

Yes we teach you how to swap foods out that you don’t like

The gym sessions are 45 minutes long and home sessions are 30 mins. To get the best results i’d recommend training at least 2 times per week.

We understand everyone needs to have a life so the plan is designed around your life and we give you advice on how to minimise damage whist still having a good time.

The challenges aren’t hard but they help build good habits that will stay with you forever. The challenges also push you out of your comfort zone a little more each week.

Absolutely not. We’ve had people from all over the world do the plan from gym or home and still got great results.
