Steps Challenge
It’s weekly challenge time and we wanted to kick this week off with a Fell Walk!
The weather is starting to turn slightly but, now more than ever we want people to get outside, get walking and get some fresh air!
Your challenge to take part in a small fell or lake walk with your family, friends or solo.
Take photos, show us your route and tag us in your socials with the hashtag #xtremelean28
Not committed to go on your own?
Don’t worry, Lee will be heading up to Dodd Wood next Sunday, if you would like to join him in a group walk.
It’s a chance to have a catch up with the rest of the group, see Lee, ask any questions and have a good walk out with like-minded people!

Four Five Zero
This week it’s all about burning those calories and upping your game with your workouts.
Week two challenge is the Four Five Zero Challenge.
Your aim this week is burn 450 calories in your workouts. This can be in the gym, outside the gym, walking, swimming, cycling, weight lifting, hit workout… etc whatever you enjoy!
We need you to track your workout via an App, Apple Watch, Fit Bit, Garmin, MyZone or a heart rate monitor.
Once you’ve finished your workout and hit 450 calories or above, take a screenshot and post into the facebook group to let us know you’ve completed the challenge!

Your Something Fun
Our mental health plays a big part in weight loss.
If we are stressed it will impair our results so this challenge is all about getting you to unwind and doing something fun.
When was the last time you done something from your childhood that you really enjoyed?
We want you to post this week your something fun.
It could be fishing, bowling, going to the park, playing curby, flying kite… anything that reminds you of your childhood and that you enjoyed!
Take a photo, video or selfie of you doing your fun thing to do, post it in the facebook group and again it would be amazing if you posted on your own socials using #xtremelean28We can't wait to see what your something fun is.

Team Challenge
Now you are a bit fitter we want to really push your limits.
This is a team competition.
We shall put you in teams and it will be the best average time for the team.
The workout is as follows:
- 200m Row
- 20 Calorie on the Assault Bike
- 50 Squats
- 10 Inverted Row
